There\u2019s various different ways to access\/edit your files on your hosting, such SSH<\/strong>, FTP<\/strong> or simply using the File Manager<\/strong> in the hosting control panel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This guide will show you how to setup an FTP account<\/strong> to access your hosting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.\u00a0Login to your Plesk account<\/strong>. When you first set up an account with us, you would have received an email with the details on how you can gain access to your control panel. If you have lost those details, feel free to raise a support ticket, visit our website for live chat, or call in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.\u00a0Find the site you want to create an FTP account <\/strong>for, then click\u00a0FTP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
