Here&#8217;s how to fix it and send it again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What&#8217;s Happening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Some mail servers won&#8217;t accept messages above a certain size limit. If your email includes large attachments or high-resolution images, it might exceed that limit and bounce back to you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The problem: <\/strong>You sent it to one recipient or domain and it failed, but other emails send fine. That&#8217;s a clue the issue is on their end, not yours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Common Culprits<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large file attachments (PDFs, videos, archives)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Multiple files in a single message<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-resolution images embedded or attached<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Combination of smaller files that add up<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fix It<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. Reduce the attachment size<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before resending, make the email lighter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Compress files<\/strong> \u2014 Zip multiple files into one archive (usually smaller than sending them separately)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Resize images<\/strong> \u2014 Use an image editor to reduce resolution or scale down dimensions before attaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Remove unnecessary files<\/strong> \u2014 Do they really need every file, or just the important ones?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Split into multiple emails<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you have lots of files, send them across separate emails instead of cramming everything into one message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Resend<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you&#8217;ve reduced the total size, try sending again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Still Bouncing?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If it bounces again after you&#8217;ve made it smaller, check the bounce message details. Some servers have particularly strict limits.
