Loss of service on RESELLER03 and RESELLER04

We're currently investigating an issue affecting websites/emails on RESELLER03 and RESELLER04, please standby for an update.

  • Update - We have completed our checks and everything is healthy.

    Please accept our apologies for the disruption in service this afternoon. The issue was caused by routine physical work and the engineer inadvertently disrupted the power to R03 and R04 whilst carrying out a task. As these two servers are cloud based, we were able to fail over to an unaffected part of our cloud to reinstate service.

  • Update - Service has been restored and you should find websites/email services are coming back online now.

    We're currently checking R03 and R04 for any further issues before resolving this incident.

    Network Degraded network performance

    We're currently looking into an issue affecting the performance of services in both London and Manchester, we will update you shortly.

  • Update - The network has remained stable since yesterday afternoon's performance degradation and we're now happy this issue is fully resolved. If you have any questions or concerns following this incident, please don't hesitate to contact us at any time.

  • Update - The issue affecting our network performance has been now been resolved and services should be back to normal. We're continuing to monitor the health of the network and will post a final update once we're confident all issues have been addressed.
