Inviting a someone to the Scout Control Panel

If you need to invite someone to manage your sites & servers in the Scout Control Panel, they will need to be added to your cloudabove customer account.

  1. Login to your customer account at my.cloudabove.com
  2. Click your name at the top-right and go to User Management
  1. Click Invite New User
  2. Enter the person’s email address and select Choose Permissions
  3. Select the following permissions
    • View Products & Services
    • Perform Single Sign-On
    • View & Open Support Tickets (optional)
  4. Click Send Invite

Once they have accepted the invite, they can login to the customer portal at my.cloudabove.com and click Scout Control Panel in the main menu.
